We do not accept returns. In the rare case items are damaged in shipping, we insure the package and can issue replacements for damaged parts. You must submit photographs of the damage, if you do find a damaged item in the package try not to touch or move it and take a photograph of it immediately to provide evidence of shipping damage. LOST crystals, please contact us and we will quote you on replacing individual crystals in the case any of yours go missing!
