We offer a suggested layout in the listing picture. You can use either side of the grid board and play around with the crystal layout. We will send you instructions for setting up your grid, including the important steps of cleansing your crystals for your own personal use and setting your intention for the grid.

We do not accept returns. In the rare case items are damaged in shipping, we insure the package and can issue replacements for damaged parts. You must submit photographs of the damage, if you do find a damaged item in the package try not to touch or move it and take a photograph of it immediately to provide evidence of shipping damage. LOST crystals, please contact us and we will quote you on replacing individual crystals in the case any of yours go missing!
